    We need your help!

    We are seeking passionate individuals to join our organization and contribute to our mission of empowering women and girls in North America and Africa.

    To apply, please contact our volunteer coordination team with your resume, areas of interest, and availability. We look forward to welcoming dedicated individuals who share our vision of creating lasting change in the lives of women and girls.

    Requirement

    Here are the requirements for potential volunteers:

    Age: Must be at least 18 years old

    Commitment: Ability to dedicate a minimum of 1 week to 6 months, depending on the project and location

    Language skills: Proficiency in English and French required. Knowledge of local African languages  is a plus.

    Cultural sensitivity: Open-mindedness and respect for diverse cultures

    Skills and expertise: We welcome volunteers with various backgrounds, including but not limited to:

      • Business development and entrepreneurship
      • Education and training
      • Microfinance and financial literacy
      • Women’s rights and advocacy
      • Social media and marketing
      • Research and data analysis
      • Administrative support

    Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to different environments and tasks as needed

    Passion: Strong interest in women’s empowerment, gender equality, and social justice

    Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across different countries

    Initiative: Self-motivation and proactivity in identifying and addressing needs within the organization’s scope

    Technology: Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools.

    No specific prior experience in women’s empowerment is required, as training will be provided

    However, relevant experience or education in related fields is appreciated.
